The villa presented generally well. The external gardening was poor with the garden overgrown and weeds growing through timber steps which could easily have been tidied before arrival.
We nevertheless had a great holiday.
The disappointing thing was why it took two weeks to get the deposit back. We were met on departure by a representative and the deposit could have been returned immediately

The service of VillaSud has always been excellent. The staff are always so patient, kind courteous and helpful.

Although acceptable, service level of Villasud is certainly not in line at same level of other rental agencies we have used in the past. I would call it “barebone”.

The villa was very hot on arrival. It took 24 hours for the AC to be effective and cool down the villa. Would have been great if they had run the AC a day prior to our arrival as the temp in the villa was 34 degrees celcius on arrival.

This was my first experience renting from Villa Sud, but will not be my last!! I found their website to be very easy to navigate so that I could find just the right villa to meet my specific preferences. Then, the staff, in particular, Sebastian, was exceptinally responsive re. All my questions. The villas I chose were as lovely and in many respects even more so than the portrayed in the site's photos. I've been exceptionally pleased with all aspects of Villa Sud's services.

I find booking my holiday with Villa Sud so easy - the booking process is easy, the agents are polite and responsive and they take good care of you in terms of villa information and getting ready to travel and arrive at the villa.

Villa Sud has great houses for friends' trips and for families. This summer, we traveled with three generations in one house and everyone had a very enjoyable experience. The amenities in the homes and the locations can not be beat!

We have stayed at this beautiful villa in the past and loved everything about it. We were shown around the presentation was perfect. Sun beds cushions umbrellas etc were set out for our arrival and looked beautiful. Cleanliness of the property was perfect and a complementary bottle of AIX chilling in the fridge. The gardener and pool maintenance visited during our stay and the manager called in and cleaned patio area and checked on our satisfaction mid stay. She also arrived on our morning of departure to check out the property before we left and expressed her gratitude that we had looked after it so well
NONE of the above took place on this visit - the cleanliness of the property was very disappointing and the manager did not arrive for our departure as arranged although we telephoned him 3 times and waited for over an hour but had to leave to catch our flight home.
Feel very sorry for the owners of this beautiful property that it is not being cared for as well as it deserves.

Highly advise against booking with Villasud unless you live in the Netherlands as bank transfer fees and exchange rates add a lot of hidden charges to costs quoted

Staying at the villa is like being at a luxurious hotel. The views are beautiful and the outside area is sumptuous and delightful. Inside is stylish and comfortable. A gem in a fabulous area.

I had specific requirements for the house (large family, A/C, comfortable interior, overlooking the sea, Sainte Maxime location) and the Villasud team came back with the perfect option. The house was absolutely brilliant.
